“We may invite more travelers to enjoy our place and share our stories each other” Melina said a few years later when they got married.

And so they put their tools to work: their hospitality basing on the combination between the Cretan and Greek culture, the apartments like homes with art design and the sustainable development; it was this set of values with which their vision was built.

Melina's House is a family run hotel and for many years, Antonis & Melina have been welcoming and hosting travelers and friends from all over the world. Building their house in the coastal area of Stalos, just 7 km away from the cosmopolitan Old Port of Chania, they have created smartly designed and fully furnished apartments with panoramic view on Theodore Island on the Cretan Sea and on the countryside. If you love reading, you will find an interesting book in the bookcase on a common area and you have the chance to check brochures with activities in the whole city. You would maybe like trying on of them as much as you will be attracted by the historical photos and the art pictures that you will observe in the house's interior. Don't forget to see and smell the local herbs that you will find in our garden. You may use any of them in your cooking as long as you stay in one of our apartments.

Stalos has a sense of neighborhood. Family restaurants with traditional food are nearby and the sandy beach is just 5 minutes away on foot. Melina's House is located on the road leading to the village of Panos Stalos, giving you the opportunity to hike or bike easily and explore the area's countryside. You can follow the Stalos' map routes or you can create your own path. If you love surfing, you will find one of the best island's team to help you learn and enjoy this activity in our beach as well. Just 1 km away from our house, you have direct access to the National Road from where you can explore easily the whole island.
